1. Purpose

These guidelines are intended to promote the correct and consistent use of the names “Cache AI” and “キャッシュAI”, and to prevent misunderstanding, misuse, or unintended genericization. “Cache AI” is not a general technical or academic term. It is a proprietary technology name conceived, named, and systematized by Geek Guild Inc.

2. Trademark Notice

The following names are registered trademarks of Geek Guild Inc. in Japan:

  • Cache AI
    Japan Trademark Registration No. 6386611

  • キャッシュAI
    Japan Trademark Registration No. 6259356

3. Official Names and Basic Rules

Official Names

  • 日本語：キャッシュAI
  • 英語：Cache AI

First Use

  • On English pages or documents:
    Cache AI®

  • On Japanese pages or documents:
    キャッシュAI（Cache AI）

    The registered trademark symbol ® is required only at the first occurrence.

Subsequent Use

  • Use Cache AI without ® in later references.
  • Do not repeat parenthetical explanations after first use.

4. Correct Usage Examples

Acceptable Usage

  • “Geek Guild provides Cache AI, a middleware technology for AI inference.”
  • “Cache AI enables efficient and scalable AI inference without modifying underlying models.”

5. Incorrect Usage Examples

The following uses are not permitted.

Generic or Descriptive Use (Not Allowed)

  • “cache AI techniques”
  • “cache AI in general”
  • “AI caching is also known as cache AI”

Referring to Non–Geek Guild Technologies (Not Allowed)

  • “Our product implements cache AI” (when not referring to Geek Guild’s technology)
  • “We built our own cache AI solution”

Verb or Adjective Forms (Not Allowed)

  • “cache-AI-based”
  • “cache-AI-enabled”
  • “to cache-AI the model”

6. Use in Technical or Research Contexts

When referring to general concepts or academic research related to caching or inference optimization, please use generic terminology, such as:

  • AI inference caching
  • inference optimization techniques
  • activation caching
  • semantic caching

The term “Cache AI” should be used only when referring specifically to Geek Guild’s proprietary technology framework or product concept.

When “Cache AI” is mentioned for the first time in an article, presentation, or document, the following attribution is recommended.
